SimServer Problems

Guys and Gals,

I need help. I have worked over NT email support for two weeks and not solved the problem.

Here is what I want to do. I need to be able to use Simserver so I can learn how to trade EUR/USD using the indicators available at this site.

I use EFX Group as data.

Here are my problems.

1. Simserver keeps running but time chart stops updating. (I beleive that there is a lack of tick data)

2. I have downloaded from EFX the tick data starting in Jan of 07. I have checked the Historical Data Cache and the tick data is missing on a lot of days or not complete for a full 24 hour period in certain days. No pattern discernable.

3. I have tried to download from NT server using the Native Symbol of FX:EURUSD from Jan 07 forward. There are many many days in which there is not data.

4. I did not find this in the NT docs that in order to use the data from NT server using I must rename the symbol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
