TimeFrame for Charts in Quotetracker

ive been using 5 minute frequency and current day periods in quote tracker...

Is this best? They have 1,3,5,10 min., etc for frequency and 10, 30 min., 1 hour, 2 hour and so on up to 2 days for periods.

What time zone do you set the opening price to?

this is all foramatted for some successfull use of TRO's buyzone formula
