Has Kreslik been hacked?

I object strongly to being spammed by any forum that attempts to solicit me for my trading business.

I can not believe that Kreslik allows these people to blatantly use the forum to generate off-forum business.

I received a pm from member sten36 as follows:

I think it is a poor business practice and very bad ethics to promote business through a private forum - we are here specifically so we do NOT get this kind of rubbish.

This forum is fully funded from my own pocket. There are absolutely _NO_ paid ads of any kind here.

The message you received is a SPAM and senders of such spam will be banned.

Software this forum is running on is now 7 years old and doesn't cope well with various spamming attacks. The newest version of phpBB is now getting ready to be deployed here and I hope it will not take long.

I'm really sorry you and others are being spammed, but please consider that, as I said, this forum has absolutely no ads, thus no bias, but also no revenue and no team of professionals taking care of it on a daily basis which would kill the spamming attempts at the root immediately.

The new version of the forums shall fix most of the above problems. In the meantime, please do report to me or Avery any offenders.
