Indicators used as "tools/helpers" are totally fine in my book for conformation purposes.

Remember, they are BASED on price, and price repeats.
This means not only can you anticipate price, but you can also anticipate the indicators movements also.
When combined with current price action they can be pretty dag gum powerful as far as i'm concerned.

Look at my charts. STILL. LOL

Ya think we should be buying on pullbacks to Sup/res OR after it breaks a red level??

Pro,

I drew up some lines where lows meet highs on the daily chart...
Does this look close?

Im looking for previous levels where price has stopped and or reversed correct?

When you have $MILLIONS$ on the line (at a certain price) it is ETCHED in your mind as a trader. They wont soon forget where they have entered the market in the past or plan to enter it in the future. LOL Battles have been raged in history so the lines "borders" can be used for years to come.

Good stuff!

These indicators are a trap for me...I find every day I have them I use price action less and less, thus losing money.... A nice trader from another forum explained Daily Extremes and I think I got it now. It ties into what MO and Procharge have been saying about price moving 100's of pips every day. At least the way im looking at it seems like it will work. I have thought I understood things before and ended up wrong.
Had some good trades today using that info...
Some times I feel so slow at getting some of this stuff... :)
