Jalarupa,

I think your first attempt up there you were doing the same mistake I was doing, the box is at a price level (I know, it didn't make sense to me either at first), not between two price levels, see my previous posts and it should clear it up.

I'll only have access to iPhone next 4-5 days so I can't do much verifying.
