Your job as a trader is to observe the market flow, the momentum of the market and then go with the flow.

If watching candles is too confusing perhaps you will learn from a real life example of going with the momentum:

Yep still trading. Looking less at indicators/forums these days and more work on the mental side. Don't know if it improves my trading but my stress is lower :)
