A guy asked me about momo and which way to trade through PM.
I sent him this and told him to trade in direction of momo color UNLESS price has entered a higher Time frame sup/res zone.

Please critique this pic as I don't want to steer the guy wrong.

Tman, If you were to read back through my thread I've had understanding for a loooooong time.
I was so excited a year ago about banking millions from this info!!!!
What I see since then has not changed, same market, same movements.
IT'S SHEAR AGONY TO NOT TRADE WHAT I SEE!!!!!!!!!!
Not until the pain of failure becomes greater than what ever it is that is keeping me from success, will I succeed.
Simple as that.
RULES #6 and #7 have killed me.

Maybe this is key. I admit I haven't kept up with your thread post for post. I really just wanted to give you a pat on the back for your effort/determination qualities. This doesn't go unnoticed. A mentor of mine would suggest making your dream bigger:

spend some time looking, touching, smelling, photographing the stuff that gets you excited or inspired- photoshop yourself into a pic of your favourite sportscar and put it where you'll see it every day, put your family in a series of pictured describing your sucessful lifestyle... write a list of 100 things that you want to own, places you want to go, people you want to meet....
Theres a bunch of this stuff that really helps psychologically, despite the kookieness of the ideas.

Tony Robbins is suggesting to make the PAIN greater. (and what you said too)

We as humans avoid painful and fearful things.

Once the pain, humiliation, and fear of failing is greater than all else, I will run from it toward success.

Thanks Pro for your analysis, I really appreciate it , I seem to have got confused, MO had made a statement I believe it was in the NLA thread that I was reading " I am a Post momentum trader".( Please forgive me MO if I have misquoted that) , however in still trying to get my head around MOMO, this statement made a lot of sense to me , as I would be looking for a retracement and?or reversal after the MOMO candle on a higher TF and still using a RAT entry method on a smaller TF.along with S&R ZL. But basically a MOMO candle is a candle that is double in size of the previous one correct??
Also Bredin great analogy , I do exactly that I "see " myself in those things ,places , even the bible mentions having a vision.
Again my hats off to you Pro for your "never give up" attitiude.

Or dis-associate any financial gain with forex and play for the joy of it.
Hide you account information and don't look at it until you need to
calculate how many lots to use. Take off the dollars, pip counts, Lives and
play the charts how they are suppose to be played.

So many times I have made nice gains when I stopped giving a $hit. I
am not saying "on tilt". I am saying "when money doesn't matter", you
can make better decisions.

Test yourself:
Can you trade correctly when it is only 1 cent per pip? If you can then
grow a big set and make that million baby.

NO, 2x candle is NOT momo.
ESPECIALLY AT THE END OF A BIG MOVE IN PRICE!

It was used by M.O. to get us to pay attention to certain area's of the chart.

You can see 2x momo's getting screwed all over the place and you can also see 1x momo working great in places too.

People do NOT understand the power and simplicity of S/R levels..or Supply/demand levels.......what every you want to call them.

These levels are LOCKED in the minds of traders who have huge amounts of money riding on their positions.

They are respected to some degree at every level and every time frame.
The only exception is when economic data overrides SANITY.

Even then, when you have NFP fri for example. price may rocket through many levels but finally it will just crash at an extreme......and reverse.
LOOK LEFT AT THAT CHART.

Look at chart, look at all the turns in price, focus on how/what happen at those turns, look left and observe what is there.

You can use m1 if you want too, looks the same as D1 to me.
