Zero Line Help

Postby forexxx » Mon May 10, 2010 7:31 pm

Could someone please post the link to where zlines and momentum are explained with coresponding charts. Apparently the zlines have been mentioned 'a million' times on this forum. I'm lost with it.

Thanks again.

Danny.

start with the Never Lose Again thread and read through every page. It will take you a while but that is where it starts. No one will post enough charts in this thread to help you fully understand it. Plus it is all there in the NLA thread, you just need to commit to you. Good luck, you'll need some persistence.
Failure is an opportunity to learn.

Then go to the lukx+cfabian+adaseb trading diary thread and start reading those 350 pages and before you know it you will be one mean bean pip crunching machine.

I have millions of pictures on my computer from all the e-mails I respond to.

Here is one of them:

MightyOne, I have been following NLA thread with great success but sometimes even the zerolines fail. I wanted to know if you have talked about basics of failing zerolines ? What should I look for ?

Thanks :)

Thanks for takin the time to explain the concepts, and all the support. Really appreciated.

Its slowly comin together. I THINK I'm recognizing some ZL and MZ' on the naked charts I've been observing.

My question however is, 'When do we make a buy/sell? For instance (MO) in the chart (that you have graciously provided) are you:

1. anticipating that the 'long bodied candle' will follow the 'small bodied candle'?

2. selling when the 'long bodied candle' begins to show downward momentum?

3. buying upon the retracement indicated by the second last white candle.

Sorry for all the questions. Still tryin to work this out in my head.

Thanks

Made this trade earlier today:

Is my perception of Zlines correct?

Made some quick $... should have held on longer for a bigger payoff, but I'm still chicken.

Sorry pic 1 should b on top. Pic 1 is the initial trade.

1. Spinning green top,

2. followed by the red candle showing some momentum downwards. Made the trade.

3. Am I looking at this right?
