Is there a description somewhere that explains how you trade those "cash zones"?

A Cash Zone is simply an estimation of the probable expansion of the current weeks range given x or y periods.

The median range of the last 3 weekly candles to close is then chopped up and projected from the current weeks high and low extreme.

The Cash Zone does not signal any entries.

28.4% = 20 to 1 / YR
or 30 to 1 for +4.4%

32.8% = 30 to 1 / YR
or 40 to 1 for +3.2%

If I make 28.4% compound per month then I can expect 20 to 1 per year.

$10,000 * 20 = $200,000

For an additional 4.4%c (28.4 + 4.4 = 32.8%c) I can make 30 to 1 per year.

$10,000 * 30 = $300,000

The question is then can I and how can I do things differently to make an additional 4.4% and is it worth the extra $100,000?

Well,

I was doing ok building positions in market the entire week going only long a/j.

Had 4 running and up in profit for the week. Taking all buys as it was dropping 3-4-500 pips.........

Then on one scalp to build another positon. Uh-oh.
Bottom fell out, Almost margined account with all positions open at same time.

Couldn't buy back in at bottom as had no margin left so opened fxcm and took a couple scalps long with it.



It's still draining but most covered from other account.

Maybe it goes back up during summer session???

TRADING AND PRICE ACTION IS SIMPLE, HOW A GUY BUY, BUY BUY FOR 4 DAYS AND BE IN PROFIT WHEN MARKETS ARE TANKING????

Enter the market when you have a VERY high probability of exiting at b/e after first move against your position.

Once in profit continually strive to reduce RISK by taking profits and moving stops just behind the first protective dealing range built between open positions. Fund more positions as the market makes them available.

Keep mind focused on the fact that AVG. loss to AVG gain is the ONLY thing that matters in the END.
