Which program do you guys use to upload images. The files I used were too large but to reduce the size the quality is lost?

Hi Mate,
screen shot then paste in in to paint then crop it in paint.
I am trying to view this chart but it is really small and I am struggling to make out the text.
But thanks you, I appreciate your help!

Rule of thumb: Use GIF for graphics and JPG for photos.
GIFs can only have up to 256 colors, but used for images with very few colors and large areas of the same color (charts!) these get quite small and always keep the original quality. JPGs are small at the cost of quality (jpg compression creates artifacts in the image).
