Honestly. I find this the most difficult part. If I see some resisitance or support I might put it around there however most of the time I put it where its not too far and not too close.

I really need to work on setting my stops correctly.

this trading method is so frustrating at times....just blew out my account.
Now i am back to the practice account. Somewhere along the line I changed what I was doing. I had 42 consecitive trades no losses. Now I cant get a win!

Part of your problem sounds like you are using too much leverage and are improperly managing a trade.

What was your average pip gain on the 42 trades?
