And if these two guys are using your method, then congratulations dchappy.

Hope to see you continue your thread one day, or perhaps start one for mt4.
Is price closing higher or lower than something? Simple yet powerful question. ..MO

Congrats Lukx, you've come a long way. I'm happy for you. You've progressed from student to teacher. I admire your ability to hang tough.

I would be interested to make a REAL trading contest.

Winner by % gain.

I am not sure I understand your point. Everyone started with $10,000.00. How would the total dollar winner differ from total % gain?

Well by REAL I meant real money. So each person will probably trade a different amount, thats why we would look at %. With real money en-jeu, I think we could see greater patience, and a more precise strategy execution.

I think the contest leaders have shown just that.

I can tell only this: All trades I take on this mt4 demo = my trades on reall account on oanda. The only difference is that on onada I use tiny lots and I started with around 25$ :) Now I have 45$ :) So if anyone what to see my real acc statement since the contest started NO PROBLEMO :)
So all the HITS I got on demo I also received on my real.

This is what keeps me going this year (from last ROCKY movie):

My thought was to keep this fun. When real money is involved it gets a lot more serious. Obviously, there is nothing to keep you from starting your own real money contest thread.

Rowdy

It WAS fun, please don't defend what you did... I also learned a lot from the exercise.

Thanks again.

I believe the contest to be an excellent learning experience, even trading demo, folks will try to win. I appreciate the opportunity to look into other traders accounts and study their trades. I would like to see the contest held every quarter. Thanks Rowdy, the contest was/is an excellent idea. Lukx is wearing us out. Back to the drawing board. Gotta love Rocky.
