Quotesheets w/variable interval columns

Postby daveb » Sat Jan 20, 2007 12:06 am

I'd like to be able to track oscillator values, e.g. stochastics, on hourly, daily and weekly bars. Does anyone know a software package that will allow these calculations in different columns of a quotesheet? Thanks.

Dave

You can do that with TradeStation radarscreen but it takes some programming.

You can do it with the MultiFrequency Slot Machine setup for radarscreen that I created:

In your example it appears that separate rows are needed for each interval that you want to track and I was hoping this could be done in columns in somebody's software. If one wanted to track, say, a watchlist of 100-500 stocks then the TS radarscreens become unwieldy. Did you mean that columns could be programmed to reflect the intervals? There are a considerable number of votes in favor of this enhancement in the TS forums but I'm not counting on them implementing this. (What happens when you sort your radarscreen on any value.....will the different interval rows stay together for each symbol?)
