I just use NY, Europe and Asia markets open time.


But, you can use any hour that you may like.

I'm new to this forum and to Metatrader - it seems I have a lot to learn because I don't know the language. There doesn't seem to be much around either in the way of Metatrader Manuals for Beginners. I've read a bit on the internet about the Buy Zone system for trading forex. Does anybody know where I can download the template to import into Metratrader so I can backtest it? I'd like to start with a really simple trading strategy with Metatrader and the Buy Zone seems to fit the bill. If anybody knows where the download is, please let me know.

There is no template. Just download one of the buy zone indicators.
