Workout,

For time:
25 Box jump, 24 inch box
25 Jumping pull-ups
25 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 26 steps
25 Knees to elbows
25 Push press, 45 pounds
25 Good Mornings
25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
25 Burpees
25 Tuck jumps

Time:
12:24

Fuel so far,

3 handfuls of grapes
1/3 # turkey lunch meat
2 handfuls of grapes
3/4 # BBQ
large Salad
2 handfuls mixed nuts

60 Reps - Beer Bottle Lifts to Mouth

(which results in)

Fuel -
6-Pack of Beer
