I've read:

A complete guide to TECHINCAL TRADING TACTICS John Person ~$50 amazon.com
This book covers the basics of Pivot Points, Candle sticks and other indicators. Not a bad book.

I just bought today:

Chart Patterns Thomas Bulkowski $25 Barnes & Noble
So far this book seems to be positively reinforcing. Lots of patterns in this book, along with statistical data to back them up. Includes a nice little index of all the patterns in the back of the book.
