Inside Bar and DIBS questions

Hello,

Could you please tell me what is the difference between the Inside bar and Dibs? To me it looks like if it is the same thing.

Also the TRO2009_MPMM_Insidebar_TRade - what is the number next to the arrow indicating the direction in the Dibs trade?
Is LT - Long trigger?
ST is Stoploss (I imagine)
If you are trading this successfully, could you tell me what exit strategy you are using? Are you using fixed limit order, candle range of a guideline.

I can't seem to find how to use this as a strading strategy /plan.I am looking at the Dibs template (TRO2009_MPMM_DIBS_TRADE), and Inside Bar for dummies template (TRO2009_MPMM_INSIDE_TRADE)

I think I understand the strategy better but I am still confused about the two indicators (TRO2009_MPMM_INSIDE_TRADE and TRO2009_MPMM_DIBS_TRADE) I have attached a chart. Look at USDJPY. Is one for the Long signal and one for the short signal and you wait to see which one hits first?
I am also not sure as to what LT, SL and PL stand for.
Long Trigger? Stop Loss? Profit Loss?

Anyone trading this succesfully. Could you give me some clues / advice on how you are trading it?!
ie. what times you trade and do you use the range statistics TRO2009_MPMM_CandleColor and TRO2009_MPMM_Psycho as limit / take profit strategy?!
