Avery, regarding the box trade indicator, if I only trade the NY session, does this mean I only can trade the breakout of Asian box?

Take today EU as example, LT 1.4572 is not the high of Asian session, how do we come up with number? and, how about stop loss?

You can trade the London Box breakout too.

RISK = STOP LOSS * POSITION SIZE

Why lose more than 10 pips? How far do price have to go against you?
