TRO indicators and methods

Postby Foster » Thu Jul 30, 2009 6:49 pm

I am interested in carrying on a civil PM discussion with someone familar with TRO's work. His writing style leaves me befuddled - I can't understand the intent or instructions nor can I download most of what is posted. So I just want to discuss the ideas in plain English with someone familiar with them and prefer to do it privately so I don't give offense.

Thanks

Ask a specific question.
IT'S NOT WHAT YOU TRADE, IT'S HOW YOU TRADE IT!

Please do NOT PM me with trading or coding questions, post them in a thread.

I have several:

What are the exact rules for entry on the BIG PICTURE method?

How do I set up my chart manually to trade using your DRAIN THE BANK method? What are the exact rules for entry and exit?

QUOTE: "After you see the semafor on the H1 chart, look at the M15 chart for the long(light blue) and short(pink) triggers based on TRO DYNAMIC FIBS SR TRAIL indicator."

What is a "semafor?"

What are: "triggers based on TRO DYNAMIC FIBS SR TRAIL indicator" ?

I agree my man....I am baffeled as well
In TRO's defence though I suppose its a case of assisting, but not spoon feeding...
I have tried PM some senior staff and never got an answer ( not blaming anyone, were responsible for out own success )
...I feel ur frustration...

Have you read this?

http://kreslik.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1744&start=0

If you need assistance AFTER you have read it, post the questions openly and if I am able, I will answer them.

Use the search if you want information fast, it is extremely helpful. The questions you have posted have already been answered, I know this because I searched for them and that is how I learned what a semafor is, it is also why I know what the triggers are in the TRO Trail Ind.

Much Appreciated Retireme....
Ok lets start from the top... : )
A semafor is the same as a zig zag, meaning if I see a 1 or a 2 or a 3 that would be similar in seeing a zig zag make a down or up movement meaning there is a 'probability' that it is in that trend ( up or down )
have I got it right ???
Lets just stick with that for the time being..yes i'm a noob : )

Chris

The semafor in DTB, is a signal of an impending reversal, the higher the number, the stronger the signal. Depending on the chart it appears on, will determine your next actions.

Ok...loaded the semafor and wow those no 3's are serious reversals...
I take it that I should set the visualization to only the 1H
I looked at the thread, but plz explain TRO dynamic fibs....
So at this stage we have established the first thing to do is load the Semafor and watch, the higher the number the stronger the reversal....and drop down to the 15 min..
Thanks in advance

Correction... they are signals before the reversal. What you are seeing is the reversal after the semafor which makes you say WOW!

Do you have all the indicators loaded for DTB?

Man I am gonna sound stupid but you've lost me....
If I see a number appear in a uptrend then I know a probable reversal is due and visa versa...I dont understan what u mean by afterwards...
I have downloaded all the motherloads so I have the indicators, but I do not know which ones to use for DTB....
Thanks in advance
