indicator request: fxnix mca (move.continuation.alert)

Postby fxnix » Fri Jun 12, 2009 3:36 pm

dear capt. tro, fellow pirates,

what do u think about my idea of the following indicator (alarm)?
i'll call it mca (move continuation alert). very often we can see that after an false brake candle a very nice swing starts or continues. i think it would be very useful if we have an little indie that can give us an alert if that false break candle turns back to it's "continuation color". these entry points are highly reliable, so i think it would be an very powerful draining tool for the "pirates-toolbox"....also an fantastic entry point is an false break after an inside candle.

there are two different entry points:
1. the simple false brake
2. false brake after an inside candle
(i've made some screenshots with descriptions so that you know what exactly i mean.)

if the mca indie can catch those two entry-points, i'm sure this draining valve would shift us up to the next level ;)

i think it would be easy to code for an pro like captain tro.

i hope you can comprehend my explanation about my badly english. it's not my native.

@ the end i would thank capt. tro thousand times for his fantastic work and selfless support to the pirates community.

sunny regards from the canary "pirate" island - lanzarote,
günter - fxnix

ps:
really nice pic with the dreamteam TRO & 3clipz on kreslik. put it on my desktop to get some positive vibes

Looks similar to Key Reversal. Have a look here http://kreslik.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=20638#20638

I suppose you can use TRO_MM_KeyRev !! :shock:

How many indicators are enough?

@ptg:
thank's for your hint :wink:

@tro:
sorry, i missed the keyrev-thread. :oops:
of course you've absolutely right. there are enough indies out there and i hope i've made you not grumpy about my request. if so, please forgive me... that was not my intention.
...but please, can you modify KeyRev-Indie a little bit that he gives an audio alert if candle color changes back, after the break of the lower low/higher high? (please look screenshot)

thank you very much in advance and sorry again
