translating to Arabic language

I'm new to this forum and this is my first post
I hope that one of the moderarors will answer this question..

Can I translate some of the topics in this forum into Arabic language ??
of course I will ask permission from its' writer

You see I navigate most of Arabic forums and I didn't find any one that publish anything for TRO
Although he is very famous and very helpful in english forums

I want to translate some of his threads to Arabic and put it in this forum

Is this allowed ???
