Wow that’s a very coherent dream.. I’m embarrassed to say I had to doublecheck that Dinar was the fiat currency I dimly recall and not some kind of crypto coin. Given you’re a metals trader, I think you mean the gold coin variety instead?
I guess the infinity price reflected the utility of gas and not the supply cost (making the assumption you’re in the US; and where domestic supplies are sufficient for demand).
In my part of Australia, gas (petrol) prices are very volatile, often moving 20-30c per litre each week, so I’ve often wondered what would be involved in running small bore engines on ethanol (home distilled). I would think anything with electronic fuel injection (eg cars) would be harder and I guess diesel engines would be out of the story… given we have thousands on hours of sunshine per year maybe it would be a win for home charging EVs!
I should keep a dream journal, because things are only crystal clear for 2 minutes after waking up. . .
the dream could very well have chosen the Dinar as a way to communicate the location of the dream.
I don't think that I am ever fully asleep:
I can stop and have conversations, reason, & make choices. . .
I even have a "dream memory"; where I refer to previous dreams, as if it were my past, while dreaming.
PS: gas prices usually stay in a tight range between $3.75 and $3.85/gallon.
Price will occasionally rise close to $5 and then fall back below $4.
Dream memory - that's interesting. I almost never remember my dreams, but those that I can remember seem to be repeats. I've never had a dream that was connected to another dream.. sounds very cool. Often when I wake mid-sleep it's like a 56KB modem was playing in my ears.. like I'm algorithm processing data. Odd.
Is it the buddhists who talk about the three states of consciousness? Awake, asleep and dreaming? Let's go on a big tangent about the nature of reality!

but there is a new war / problem every week it seems.
