2) look for a pattern around a desired price level
3) trade away from the pattern in the desired direction
4) if there is no long-term hold then take profit sooner rather than later.

There are only patterns and breakouts, and
there is only price moving beyond an extreme and reversing, or beyond and extreme and closing.

I can't see how you can go wrong buying platinum:
1) the supply comes from Africa and Russia
2) they hate Europe
3) supply could become constricted
4) hydrogen cars could become a thing
5) it is around 30x rarer than gold.
6) the cost to refiners, for most of the supply, puts it above $1000/oz.
7) the price has been pretty stable.

I think that it is a way better deal than buying silver or gold.

I'm not telling you what to to, you do your own thing

Have you tried compressing the chart a little? It helps to see the “ins” better + it eliminates the feeling of price being too high or too low since price is in the middle versus the edges of the chart.
