I ordered a mechanical keyboard for the mini pc

I went with this $150 monitor:

I'm a basic bish, with basic needs, there's no need to spend $600 on a monitor

I usually go on Swappa when looking for phones and tablets; I've been waiting for a sub $600 Surface Pro 9, because, let's face it, Microsoft is some overpriced BS

I paid $330 for my laptop shipped to the door.
Then bought a $129 24" Walmart curved monitor.

Got it home, wouldn't fit so gave it to my 7yo and stole her 24" flat with extendable base. Perfect setup.

I can run Rhythmic and Ninja, be in a Discord stream, Screen record the session, trade on both TV and Ninja while editing/posting charts in discord and Kreslik.

It does slow down a bit when the stream cranks up but I'm running it Full screen on the 24" while doing most of the other stuff on the 14" laptop screen. Don't pay much attention to the chromebook except to keep one eye on another pair.
Stopped using the macbook all together.

24" is the perfect size, I wouldn't want to own a monitor any larger than that; a 24" monitor that you can tilt vertically is perfect.

If you're just consuming content, you can get away with a $100 BMAX mini pc all day, no problem; a $130 portable monitor, a $12 keyboard, and a free99 mouse, and you're good to go; I used a BMAX with the last futures broker that I was with.

Technology changes so fast that you don't want to spend big dollars on something that is going to be obsolete in a few years, just Jerry-rig everything.

My Grandpa was a smart and industrious dude. Very Inventive.
My Dad is waaay smarter than I am.
I've got at least one Son I know for a fact that's smarter than me.

Man, I took Anatomy and Physiology thinking I was going to be a nurse.
Both my Ex and current wife got A's in that class (Memory)
It was a pain getting a B.
Only positive was the old guy said in 35 yrs there had only been a couple people get a better grade the 2nd semester than what they got the first and I WAS ONE OF THEM.

Had nothing to do with smarts, I just wasn't gonna go down like that!!!!! hahahhahahahahah

I had a Chromebook before but it just sucks. I mean, it's pretty much an oversized android phone with a working keyboard and a bigger screen size

I agree, the trick is to just buy mid-range best value laptop that can run for years. My previous laptop was bought in 2014 and it still runs good. The one prior to that was from the year 2007. My cousin bought a laptop for in 2017 its brand and bigger screen size but it runs slower compared to my 2014 laptop

For real, reading his books, it’s really humbled me. Mainly because the faults he points out still ring true today. If I didn’t know what in what time Darvas lived and the years were replaced with more recent years, it’s the EXACT same thing. To think that I’m somehow “different” is writing my own demise
