For what it's worth I've been using Crypto Fund Trader, was the best option I found in the Us, Spreads are tight commission is a little high but was still better then 8cap's 20 pip spread on btc. You can trade the pairs commodities and indicies too.

How many points ($ move) do you have to take each scalp to make it a profitable proposition?

I didn't get a payout yet, I just bought the 5k last Sunday and passed it Friday, I really just wanted something I could trade on the weekends instead of just paper trading. They have Mt5 but I used their web based platform. This code might still work I think it was 15% off CFTUPDATE. This is the spread, the price itself is closer to the binance price then the coinbase price.
