The US indices are often very very slow during the Asian session, eg 20:00 ET onwards, but sometimes they cover distance, albeit very slowly once the Asian open has finished.

Local markets are however very active, eg Hang Seng Index futures are liquid and can really move in the Asian morning. Perhaps a cross between ES and NQ?

It’s a real shame that US brokers (other than Interactive Brokers) don’t offer access. Hmmm, zlines, momentum… Dead Horse might work very nicely on the Hang Seng.

Still, it is encouraging to see Alias pulling some points out of NQ during Asia.. beats my 2+ hour 2 tick 10yr bond trades, lol.

Hang Seng and Nikkei sucks spread wise, tick value and margin. You will fair better with AU or UJ spot.

I think UJ is great for that time of day.
