How hard is it to just have 3 charts? look:
- up top
- down low
- in the middle
- without being too slow?

Here's the thing, that 10 second chart is going to have a 'nothing range', so it is just going to end up taking the shape of a M1 candlestick;
what's worse is that you now see 1/6 of what you would see using an M1.

Why would you use time at this point? just use a range bar or a tick chart, because what you're doing makes no sense

Money and pips/points are not the same thing.

But, since you asked, show the spread with commission and trading fees as two horizontal lines on your 5 second chart.

I'm leaning towards something like this:
- H3 candlesticks (HLC would be a better option)
- M5 with 5-period vertical lines
- M1 with 5-period vertical lines

My version of "phone trading" is trading on this Surface Laptop Go 2, and it likes to crash whenever I apply too many indicators

The way to view the vertical line chart is as a "thick squiggly line with additional information".

All that we really need out of the H3 is the basic shape of the larger picture, so that we are not blindsided by anything.

With 5 dots, your entry signal is almost always going to look like A or B; all of the hooks are baked into the range.

Here's an example showing that the 5-period vertical line chart captures the essence of the line chart;

and that lines up with my analysis that closing prices naturally take the shape of a candlestick chart that is roughly 5x the chart period.
