What all instruments do you trade currently.
Which markets eg. London/NY/Asia on each one?
UJ been pretty peppy lately it appears.

3 FVG in Asia

I was trading UJ exclusively until I switched to NQ a few weeks ago.

Looks good, very simple and easy to see. stop are well defined.

Ugh... didn't like how it's moving.
Bailed out. At least with a bit of profit.
Now, waiting on the sideline.

AU, UJ, XU. All sessions, different accts. For US session though I can only survive the first couple of hours. Damn age.
Yep, across the board it seems. Even the mighty DOW and NAS.

My go-to is C4 or Bang sugar free energy drinks; although, at 300 mg, Bang makes me feel like I'm flirting with a heart attack sometimes.

I don't really drink those kind of stuff. One time I tried, couldn't really sleep that night and night sleep is kinda crucial for my health. Back in the day I used to trade 3 days 2 nights straight but managed to get a well deserved rest in hospital like immediately after that

Yeah, I'd cancel those.
Maybe grab a steak instead.
Or some Jerky to nibble on.
The act of chewing/swallowing keeps you awake (read this for driving tired).

It's too late! Amazon just delivered three 12-packs of Skittles flavored C4 to the front door this morning

I do want to try the "steak, water, salt" diet; I'm sure that it is healthier than the chemical cocktail diet that I am on right now.

Since "retiring" it's been Hell.
I have had to cut my intake in HALF because of less activity and weight training.
I started to puff up, walking by the fridge all day wasn't working. Kept snacking on crap.

First time ever using calories as a barometer for how much food I can eat.
Wife hates low carb so I made a deal I'd do calorie counting with her.
It is working but I don't feel as good because I eat a lot of junk food still even though i'm staying under 2200 most of the time.

Once she hits her target weight I'm going to say asta la vista and go back to eating how I did for last 20+.
I may even shift over to leaner meats (more protein/less fat) in the meantime just to keep within the calorie range to see how that goes.
Give it another couple weeks.
Today was power crunch bars, fit aid, Steak/fried shrimp, Sweet potato fries, Unsweet tea, and 1/3 pint of ice cream.
Now a coke zero.
