Question For TRO

Postby Sesh » Sat Mar 21, 2009 4:26 pm

Hi TRO,

I have a few questions for you. First off, how do I import these indicators into Metatrader? If you have already replied to this question can you please direct me to that link?

Second, I am a new user of MT and so is there any learning resource here on this site that you can direct me to help familiarize with the platform?

Third, other than the free downloads I know you have donational indicators too. So do I need them and if so how can I get them? What is your advise on this matter as to which ones to use and on what timeframes?

I am currently trading futures and using eSignal. I have a lot of your eSignal indicators and thanks for that. However, would you be coding some these MT indicators for esignal too in the near future?

Thanks in advance for your kind reply.

Cheers,

Sesh

You do NOT need my donational indicators. Some traders just find them handy. If you like, you can make a donation in my PayPal account: therumpledone AT gmai DOT com. Donations have ranged from $50 to $1,000

I may code some into eSignal and TradeStation but my focus is MT4 now.

I suggest you read the NEVER LOSE AGAIN thread and the daily topics that I post on the Kreslik home page.

TRO, thanks a bunch for the prompt reply. I shall read up on all the stuff in your forum to get familiar with using MT before I stick my toe in. Thanks again.

Average range = 46.28
Current range = 22
# of bars above/below current range = 18 above / 6 below
# of bars above/below average range = 24 above / 0 below

Tro, how is there 0 bars below the average range of 46, yet 6 bars below the current range of 22?

If there are 6 below a range of 22, then doesnt that mean there still would be 6 under the average range - 46?

Am I not understanding this properly?

When the indicator loads, a "tick" has to come in for it to calculate. I forgot to wait.
