What’s gonna happen next, that’s where I think many struggle.

I’m far from an 80% win rate, I’m sitting pretty at around 40%. But with stacking, it drives up the wins tremendously.

As time passes I’ll be closer to 80% but maybe I don’t need to be that high

Is it that obvious?

What's going to happen next? I'd bet that which is will continue, until that 'which is' is something different

I know what I am going to do if I'm right; I'm going to stack and make that 'moon money'.

The only question that I need to answer is what I am going to do if I am wrong; don't buy things for more than you can sell them

I've seen the signs :D

Sounds about right, never risk more than you're willing to lose!

I think what helped me, was the first post I read by TRO, it was in forexstation and he said something along the lines of only two things are possible.

Either a new high/low is made or either no new low/high is made. It's a pattern that will always exist, no matter how many come to know it, and it's present in all time frames. (paraphrased)

It's crazy how many are not able to understand that, but it pretty much set the stage for candle to candle formation

Inside Bar - No New high/low
Any other candle - New high/low

I took a tour with pivots, and as you mentioned, there's no real magic with any line, but Pivots work because the lines are always calculated the same way, day to day, hour to hour. The pivot bias, where [R1 is greater than high = Long] and [S1 less than previous low = Short], is exactly the same as the midpoint bias. I thought I invented something new, but in reality I just gave it a new name

Second to this, is my belief system, in which it's a mentality of "all or nothing" meaning that I need to believe in 100% returns to land somewhere among the stars. Many traders I have met can't believe in 20% yearly returns! That alone marks their destiny.

May flowers?

I've already reduced my crypto holdings by 25%, I'm comfortable just holding.

The 1-minute chart is a whole lot of nothing that plugs into the 5-minute closes.

The difference between the 5 and 15 minute charts moving out of price ranges is negligible.

It is my opinion that M15 closes or H1 candles are the optimal periods for intraday trading. . .
maybe there is a reason why those periods are so popular #-o

They are so popular because the viewers of them do NOT know how to read price.
All they want to do is get on stream and babysit for hours on end, act like they know what they are waiting for, and collect CASH from the masses.

Call a trade already, let the viewers at least get some lunch money in return for all their "donations".

Yeah yeah, I know.
Trailing lows of a h4 chart and continually "moving your stop" by adding larger lot size is THE WAY.

HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU SEE DO THAT WHILE CALLING IT LIVE??????????????????????????????????????????????

I think those chart periods were popular before YouTube was invented

One shouldn't need to "call trades", it should be readily apparent to all that price is going down when it is below ranges #-o

What would you do if you knew that that next candle was going to be red? you'd sell at the open (prev. close) or higher, wouldn't you?
If price is getting away from you then you'd swing your orders to the other side of the close and try and enter at worse prices.

What if you're wrong? you do the same thing. . .in reverse.

Do we really need to hold hands?! I think you've got this.

Personally, I don't use a stop loss  I use position sizing to control risk.

I think you misunderstood.
How would these Youtubers be able to make money if they didn't have an "algobox" to sell or all their members sitting around waiting on a trade to get in-on with the "master"?

Chart periods?
I thought the pit traders used ONLY price to trade? Up/Down - Stagnant/on the move :P

Hmmmm..... here's how they do it with a bang....

1. Open a social media presence to present their "awesome" trades.
2. Use the tag "FREE" to join their private chat group.
3. The asterisk to the word free is either a. must join their VIP group for more frequency and/or better trades or b. open an account under their IB link
4. Trade together within that group
5. Every now and then encourage the members to trade big because "something" great is about to happen in the market. The result could be a big profit in which the mentor will benefit from the per-trade commission or still gain from per-trade commission even if it's a disastrous losing trade. Either way, he win because of the commission    Another way he'll gain is... when it's profitable, he'll share it on all of his social media presence to gain more VIP membership.
6. After a while or maybe since the beginning, sell an e-book or "lengthy" weekly course or a weekend workshop or better, sign a deal to appear on bigger media platform.
7. Others go the copytrade route to sell their awesome trade right after #1.
8. If he is sophisticated enough, he'll open ftmo-type business.

Yeah... nothing new under the sun.
