I dropped down to the M1 for this example:

I'm not trying to make your life difficult; I'm trying to remove that difficulty from your life.

You don't need 1-second charts, you don't need wicks, you don't need to see every little thing.

Just try not to bid higher than a price that might easily be retested on the way down:
if you bid 1905 then you are probably going to be asking 1903-1902 on the way down, so don't bid higher than 1903 unless it is just going up without pause.

I doubt those that are trading 1min charts are thinking of holding for a more than a few hours.

If someone is trading the 1min but using a 30 pip stop loss, then that’s weird because you’ll know you’re wrong way before 30 pips! But there’s a little bit of everything so what do I know!

I’ve been using your first iteration where the counter line starts one day ahead of the projection line. I’ve been liking it, in conjunction with the 4hr lines.

With these two lines starting and ending together at opposite extremes, have you noticed a difference?

If price doesn't make progress toward the high then you're going to have to lower your expectations for the current day;

if it is going to be a really good day then price will stay in the pink wedge or break higher.

As long as you know why you are drawing the line where you put it, as long as you are asking the right questions, then you will arrive at the right answers.
