Ever since getting covid last year, I feel like my lung capacity has been halved

I keep seeing this ad wondering if it is a gimmick.

My mom, 74, used a machine/mechanism to work her lungs after covid.
I thought for increased performance you were suppose to use one of these?

Wow, I'm all for natural stuff. I think that thing looks great and it could be very helpful for you. A friend of my father in-law often described a way to naturally increase lung capacity and I can see this stuff you showed to have the same effect. The method he told me was try to blow water in a bucket by using a hose. Fill it up to a third and use half a meter long hose, one that people have to water their garden. Do this in the morning everyday until you feel good. Not a doctor, just telling what I did. He worked in the operating room for decades, the head actually.

I did plan on unloading some more ADA if it started trading below the red line. . .

but, when I went to send ADA to the exchange, Tangem started throwing "data not in correct format" errors

God's plan, what can you do? I'm waiting on Tangem support to unbreak their app

It might help but just like Don said; it's possible to increase/regain lung capacity by training. I used to dive without scuba gear and could hold my breath for 7 mins. My mum got very sick because of a covid vaccin and lost her lung capacity. She trained it back just by doing exercises. So it might help because of it's training effects. Hope you get your breath back soon.

I am surprised by how many people do not know that randomly picked 'monkey-dart' price levels are just as good as your hand-picked price levels.

Scammers use this 'cup and balls' bullshit to trick people into thinking they're special. . .

Try it for yourself:
- go back as far as you can into the past
- drop a line around the middle of the chart
- drop 5 lines above
- drop 5 lines below
- scroll forward to the present.
