If strictly following the previous examples then no. Once the kumo shows the first histogram up and the candle is closed then it's a go sign for longs. Vice versa for the bears. As per the chart you showed it's a no.

In the example above, the fractal is printed exactly after the 1st sign of a bearish kumo. This is ok. Same goes for the discount method.

The FrIchi combo is presented as is, traders must figure out the what ifs:

1. what if new and higher bearish fractals keep showing up during a bear market discount scenario?
2. what if instead of a normal bearish fractal configuration, a crooked fractal pattern shows up ((the finishing fractal or the 3rd candle is green instead of red) during a bear market discount scenario?
3. where will you put your SL in #2?
4. what if lower bearish fractals keep showing up when the bias is down (using method #1) and the trend is already going for an extended period of time?
5. what if the final candle from the fractal is abnormally big compared to the surrounding candles?
6. what if a trading opportunity shows up before or after the kill zone?
7. what if the 3rd candle (fractal completion candle) is printed when the bias already change at exactly the same time?
8. what method should you use to enter the market? Pending order (buy stop at high or sell stop at low) or market order (at candle close)?
9. what if ...
10. what if ...
11. what if ...
and more what ifs ...

I'm putting this one on 1st post.

Using fixed SL vs dynamic SL.
Fixed TP vs dynamic TP.
Which combo pays more?
Fixed (static) vs dynamic.
Which one is better?

EMA 7 and EMA 19 both on close. Crossover combo provides good trading opportunity and also filter bad ones. This is the building block of many trading techniques.

If you put 20 sma you will probably see there isnt a hugh difference from a 19 EMA overall. The 7 EMA will be an additional confirmation for micro trend.

It looks like entries with the trend took between the 7 and 19 will yield good results.

For the most part, yes. During the rest of the time it can be a 2 to 5 pips difference of entry points and this is detrimental for the overall stats nerds and R conscious traders.

Maybe with the 7 ema cross it makes a difference. Otherwise 19 ema is the orange line.

Yes, and actually, 7 ema makes 19 ema more laggy but it's the filter.

Using the crossover for entries and TP looks pretty decent, not too scary on the ranging sections. There are some systems that have a trailing stop that will follow the MA down as well.

Maybe some of you still can't see it. Well, how 'bout this chart?
Big box' the kill zone.
Big tf candle overlay the bias.

Rules:
Only trade during the kill zone.
Only take trades that go with the current bias.
Only trade up when MA cross is up.
Only trade up when the candle closes up.
Bear, vice versa.
Indicators are on the 1st post.

It's fairly simple to make 1R a day with this methodology and if this is done religiously, it's 20R a month more or less. Very good prospect for beginners. More advanced traders might shoot for 5R to 10R a day and depending on the MM and size, this could be a millionaire maker.
The only thing you need to watch for is using proper SL level and TP.
Also when the bias is just starting and price is wriggling along the open price.
