4 months ago I would have been completely destroyed trading today's price action.

Nice, 4% is really good, well done. :)
I was on a tiny account but have given up on that now and am now cycling through the FTMO 10K 2 week free trial getting used to that size which is a lot different. So far I am about .3% a day but once I get used to this account size I should be able to increase that with more practise.

A tiny account is quite hard. I traded a blown €50 account to €120 but you have a lot less options.
This can also make it simple.

You'll get there. Keep stalking that price

Yesterday I tried my utmost best but I got out with a modest loss.
When markets are trending hard and are news driven I find it difficult to trade.

This morning I caught this trade up which covered over half my loss from yesterday.
Out at the H1 Z-Line.
Now why didn't I shorted this?

That would have been a vey nice trade....
I did take that long bar down by trading the break of the low of that inside bar. Out at the swing low for +18

This was a nice morning. Trading when the sun is shining through my window.
Regretted missing that downmove because that would have been a Don trade just like the subsequent move up.
Stupid that I missed these moves (both) but I am happy with my results. 7 winners, 1 cost trade.

Snatched 90 pips 8)

I was a bit lucky with my last 20 pips as I thought yesterday's high (thin red line) was broken to the downside so I was away from my PC and missed those 2 up bars. I would have closed that trade... Well...when price smashed down I exited.

Figured I had to take those pips now as the US is having news later and who knows what price does.

Last Friday I got absolutely destroyed. I think I just need to stop trading NFP days.
Problem is I can't figure out what brings these disasters on me.
I think it's all about the lack of volatility and my setups just not having follow through.
Those days kill me with a thousand paper cuts. If I learn to control my downside on those days...

Then we have days like today. I absolutely nailed it...
Don't now how but I took almost all pips in those swings...
Yes, there were some failed trades where I tried to hop on but nothing to worry about.
(Don't know why the gap is on the chart because it wasn't there live)

Now, it' didn't come easy because there was some doubt.
I tried to illustrate it on the chart below because I was very much aware that there was something missing in my scenario's.

When price was going up I felt something was wrong and exited my trade when price tried to leave that supply area.
Price printed some pin bars and I got in doubt so I went long after that double inside bar
Still didn't feel good so I exited at b.e. and reversed my trade.
Luckily that was the right direction and I took a bite out of that swing down.

How would you guys and girls (according to Alias there are Russian women here) would have judged that price action and why?
I'm curious to see and learn if there are different perspectives.

This morning I started trading and immediately got confused.
Annoying because I had the same yesterday and this resulted in a loss for the day.
Today I had two conflicting setups and wasn't able to choose.
Normally I just make a decision or do nothing but today somehow it was hard so I went long...closed my long with a loss, went short...closed my short with a loss and went long again. Not a good start.

When I did make up my mind I took 12 pips trading the inside bar which was the original plan.
Too bad I already wasted some pips acting confused.

This was nice.
Missed the trade down but took it up.
Broke asian lows -> BOS -> created FVG -> tapped FVG -> long
Exit at that support becoming resistance @ +15pips.

Conflicting info is good. It means your brain is working vigilantly looking from every possible angle. There are cases when I get into a hedge too. Sometimes hedging with profit sometimes hedging with loss. You just have to decide whether to hedge or not. Observe and then study in what kind of situation you'll likely end up in a hedge or when to just stay out. But also be flexible. Some people just decide to stay out when they have conflicting situations. This must be part of your WIL.
