I woke up today with a fever. As the old man always used to say, "go throw up and get back to work" :lol:

I'm getting pretty close to releasing the "aliasscript love child". . .
it's pretty good at not changing color unless there is a good reason.

You'll be happy to know that I solved the problem of not knowing the bar direction, when using candles, by giving the bars a "transpStamp" :lol:
lighter colors are up, darker colors are down, . . .seems racist, but that is what the trading gods have decided.

The Godfather is born out of the aliasscript. . .
you could say that the aliascript are the lines of the movie :lol:

PS: if you look at the code, you'll notice that I use a second MA set to pull the 20 period closer to the current price.
another major difference is the use of the RSI as a pivot point.

I am about to update The Godfather to version 1.2:

Fixed a small quirk that I did not like:

The code now handles the previous RSI bar-flip, when the other conditions are not met, by comparing the closing price of the current bar with the MA.

Unless you are selling green candles and buying red candles, you are probably not doing anything all that different from everyone else:

No matter which combination of indicators you use, the market is bought when it is going up and sold when it is going down.

. . . maybe there is no algo, maybe it is as simple as a limited number of good options.
