Described as the last down candle before a swing up and the last up candle before a swing down.

GBPUSD M5 example of confluences
The 20 SMA is sloping downward for good measure.
The gray area is Supply
The 0,50,100 fib marks candle S/D
The green line marks zline or break-out point.
Price returns to the area shortly after.
Call it a 10 pips SL and 50 or 60 pips Target at one of the green lines at the bottom.
If you are hitting 3R+ trades 50% of the time $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

How about a US500 M5/M1 chart for a change.
(If you have to or want to switch to US futures in the future, might be good to know)

The yellow is a fib (0,50%,100%) and I am looking at about the 50% level for entry.
You can confirm on the M1 but use M5 as the main guide.
SL at the top of that single candle.
Also notice it is on a red candle.
The 20 SMA has a downward slope.
Target is the low of the swings marked with the green lines.
They have R values of 1R to 5R
Realistically you would have only done the first 2 trades for about 9R Unless you missed trade 2 or was looking for adds.

2 trades
2/2
9R
Shutdown for the day and relax.
Risk .33% to gain 1.6% for trade 1
Risk .66% to gain 2.6% for trade 2 (If you do risk gearing)
Total risk .33% for Total gain 4.2% for 12.7R

Very good development. I'm positive that the Deadhorse can be pushed even further without sacrificing the win rate too much.

Very nice research
This morning I started with charting Don's anchor trades to see what I can get out of it.
After 4hrs I got fed up but luckily have some take-aways that I can use in my trading.
But as Don stated in his last post, some things can't be reverse engineered

After lunch I started looking at the deadhorse...I've been doing a similar exercise as you did using the Dave concepts and I've seen what's happening in there. Sometimes it's just scary...
But sometimes isn't enough..

Eventually I stopped looking at the SD candles prior to the momo candle but just looking what is happening inside the momo candle.
Imbalances and tapping into them
Can't wait to start using that on Monday

US100 M1
How about some imbalances
Not all Imbalances are created =
They do have some interesting potential.

US100 M1
How can this trade be structured?

The gray area is the imbalance area.
When price comes back to touch the imbalance area hit sell with about a 9.75 pips SL (that is the candle with the big arrow)
Or,
Enter on the candle with the little arrow that found hidden S/D in the wick with a 4 pips SL

Both trades can go down to the TP of 16 pips
But the first option is 1.6R and the second option is about 4R
Both have decent R although 4R is nicer.

Or,
As Dave says scalp the initial move then swing the second

Looking through the eyes of the spirits. All 2R (I think). 1 type of scalping only. No anchor trade.

Some can be deciphered, others require more effort, and the rest can't.

Don_xyZ posted a chart on PRO's thread for Sept. 30
I posted a trade of hidden S/D in a liquidity zone

Only about a 4 pt. SL (trading .5% risk on this would work on 1:100 leverage)
If you get out at the imbalance, then its 8R to 15R
