I would go months without being logged out. Now every day it seems.

Any recommendations, preferences or other advice/things I need to think about?
My preference is MFF but because they do not have a trial account I don't know how trading goes with them.
I have also considered FTMO but I guess MFF looks more appealing to me (maybe because I can't see what's behind the paywall)
I'll trade EU and US30

MFF is similar to FTMO trading conditions. Be sure to put on a small size first on US30 it might be different in size than FTMO.
There is no reason to do more than the $5000 evaluation at first. If you can't pass it then you can't pass the others.
Don't try to pass it in 1 day. You must trade at least 5 days per phase. Averaging .5% to 1% a day is a decent pace. So set your risk accordingly.

Thanks!
I am in doubt if I should take the 5k or the 20k because the last 2 months or so I have been trading with 20k trial accounts so I am a bit used to the volumes and profits/losses that go with that size. But your argument is also very valid. I'll get a good night sleep and decide tomorrow morning.
And indeed...I will not try to do it in one day, ha, ha, ha.

$5000 is 25% of $20000 so the math is easy. You'll need to do the same thing when you trade $100000 accounts so I only see using a higher evaluation as a waste of money.
You can get almost 3 tries at $5000 for the cost of $20000.

Be patient with your entries.
Don't chase
Don't hold onto losers
Don't make your positions to large. (The easiest rule to break is the 5% per day)
Don't freestyle, stick to the plan.
