Well i was trading on my phone and mt4 is a clunky app. So I had some bad entries. Instead of being good enough or taking partial closes I held for a loss or BE. I made a couple bad choices. The markets were also a bit odd.

I did go trade on my desktop. First trade was 2x nicely executed. Short on the Nasdaq. The desktop makes things easier. The apps are nice for higher timeframe work.

For some reason the desktop charts look Waaaaaaay better to me.
I feel like I have a better bigger picture view. LOL

I like the desktop. I have a better view. It also has easier execution. I didn't like mt5 at first now I prefer it over mt4 so that makes a difference also.

Lets see if I have this ICT FVG idea right
2 horizontal lines show the gap.
After the gap is established the next candle pops above it for entry short 50 cent risk.
The bottom arrow represents 2x
What do you think PRO?

Today was better.
14 trades
4 losses
1 was another phone app trade ugh!
1 was on my desktop and I forgot a zero on my stoploss
1 was a bad decision
1 was the market didn't care what I thought
Done today
I think tomorrow is non-farm eggroll so maybe I'll take tomorrow off as well.
Good luck guy

Can you post your losers? Great to learn from.

I'm going to have to decline. I looked at a few of them and I don't know why the trades exist. I must have had a psychotic episode. I had ten losses out of 25 trades. Looks like 3 maybe 4 made sense but the market didn't agree. The other 6 are a mystery.

I reconsidered a little.
This trade looks like a break out trade with no follow thru. I believe I was late to the party because of the phone app. It gave ample times to get out at about BE.

This trade was a breakout long at the top red line you marked up?

Thanks, I was a little confused, it didn't look like a typical alias trade.
