which indicator for MTC

I ran across stockfetcher.com and joined because I am interested in TRO's Milking the Cows. I downloaded his Tradestation indicators from here but I am not sure which one to use. Can anyone clear this up?

I found this somewhere, and I am actually wondering how exactly it is used, it obviously has to do with gaps, but not sure what the first column

Middle is (High + Low) / 2.

It tells you when price is crossing the middle and/or how far away price is from the middle.
