Friggin look what time of day it is..
Two days in a row it kept going and going and going. WTF?

BIG deep breath, EXHALE........

Download this, place it always on top of everything, and in the left top or bottom of your trading screen and consciously and then unconsciously slow down that heart by breathing slow and deep. Before a trade, in a trade, after a trade. Helps a lot.

You do weight training so you know breathing well is key.
