Thanks to Tro, if it weren't yours movie I would still be in the same place, I would have kept the same mistakes over and over without realizing that what I am doing is not trading just fun and gambling. Now I just want to be profitable, stick to the rules and feel the statistics are on my side and be able to accept the loss as part of the trade without get quick recovery of loss, because I know that was one of the reasons for being unprofitable.

Today was a tough day for me because I woke up very tired. 12 hours of work wearing a mask on the face. That's why today I could only devote an hour to trading.

HOUR LONG/SHORT PAIR PRICE PIPS TOTAL
16 L EUR/USD 1.1850---------------- 3 -----------3
16 L GBP/USD 1.3150---------------- 3------------6
16 L GBP/USD 1.3160---------------- 3------------9
16 L GBP/USD 1.3170 --------------- -3----------- 6
16 L GBP/USD 1.3170 ---------------- 3------------9

At the last transaction I have doubts if it was not a desire to make up for the loss, but I followed the rules of green h1 candle on the horizontal line go long, I set hard sl 10 pips and when I was at +1 I set sl to -3 and closed to +3. I have to rethink whether statistically it would be better to do only 1 transaction per hour regardless of the loss / profit result and wait for the next hour.

Hello everyone. Below is a summary of my trading day:
HOUR----LONG/SHORT-- PAIR----- --PRICE---- PIPS-----TOTAL
17-------- SHORT ---------GBP/USD---1.3090----3,2-------3,2

Summing up the week I managed to get around 23.2. I am happy, but I know I still have a lot to do in terms of brain management, because old habits of thought keep popping up when trading.
Plan to be implemented for the next week:
1. Stick to the rules
2. In order to break the chain of inappropriate thinking habits that interfere with my trade, I decided to write on the blackboard:
1. "Trade what you see, not what you expect"- The Rumpled One (i.e. be in the present, not in your dreams).
2. The price is moving up and down and you know what to do. The color of the candle and the horizontal lines. Trash the rest. Put it in the basket. It's just an illusion of your mind. Trade what you see.

I wish you all a nice weekend, best regards

Hello everyone, here is my summary today:
-6.1, -2, 2.7 , -5.1 , -3, -3.4, 3.7, 3.9, 5.1, 3.4, -3, 4.3, 5.3, 1.1, 7.9.

Today, I decided to trade only one pair gbp / usd to be 100% focused on trade, and just looked only at the H1 chart. It was hard especially when you lose pips, but the most important thing for me is to stick to my exit play book and enter rules. The last 7.9 pips surprised me, it was my last trade of the day.
All in all, today I got 14.8 pips.
I admit that scalping is something new for me, and I still have big problems taking 1-2 pips, this week I will spend more on focus and more concentration because sometimes I am too slow, my decisions are too slow.

I have to admit that I don't have much time to trade now, next week I will have more time and rather move on to my phase two which is to keep what I am doing, except that I will use the full exit play book to get an occasional extra +1 pip , which in the long run will increase the ratio of profitable to loss transactions.
Below I added an attachment with my exit play book, actually I have two and still think which would be better #-o #-o
