Last EA Dead Horse of the week and same old story. Bish, bash, bosh...

Late morning entry and I hung fire to make sure as well. Needn't have worried.

Just before your entry it looks like there was a valid long set up. I would have taken that and hit SL I'm sure. Did you have a short bias only Lem?

I don't hate math, I hate that particular indicator implementation that uses math.

Simply because when you change chart periods, the math used by that indicator gives you different results. Not to mention it lags.

Don't hate math, hate the indicator!!

No, no short bias - though there may well have been - I just wasn't at the screens for the early move.

I also like to wait for a bar that clears the ma completely. Not always but usually.

I'll check later to see what my bias would have been there.

Just been and checked for you. Yes, there was a Sell Bias on that morning, so if I had been there and checked, I wouldn't have taken that long.

Bias thingies are good to have. In then end you still have to understand if the trade makes sense in the current context of the market.

My favorite bias thingie is TRO_MID_DOTS.

As long as price closes above the previous midpoint, stay long or get long. Below means short.

Thanks Alias and TRO. I'll give the mid dots indicator a whirl. Appreciate the help.
