Multipair TRO Strategy Buy Stop / Sell Stop Instantiation and Tracking

I'm hoping, (and I'm praying) to NOT have to re-invent the wheel...

Is there an existing EA that will open Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders with PT and SL for all the TRO trade strategies?

and dare I say it... adjust filled orders to break even,

and dare I wish it ... instantiate trailing stops?

and dare I hope ... will automatically re-instantiate orders at levels that have been filled and can be reset?

If not, I am currently coding a breakout strategy EA myself, but would be delighted / grateful if most of the coding has been performed already.
I'm an intermediate level MT4 coder, and I'd be glad to collaborate with other coders if this Unicorn is not in existence.
