As well as my usual DAX adventures-in-the-morning, I managed to bag a dip in the oil pool...

Thank you Lem!
This motivates me :D

If one day I’ll be working at Goldman (lol it’s just one of my wet dreams, I don't care if I’d be working with my or someone else’s money) I’ll be laughing of all this

Lol. I assume you and everyone and their dog will have seen this but you made me watch it again and it always cracks me up!

Something to think about for next week:

“Most people think that they’re playing against the market - but the market doesn’t care. You’re really playing against yourself. You have to stop trying to will things to happen in order to prove that you’re right. Listen only to what the market is telling you now. Forget what you thought it was telling you five minutes ago. The sole objective of trading is not to prove you’re right but to hear the cash register ring.” – Marty Schwartz

Those trades earlier felt ok and for what they were, I was more than happy to have them.

I then had to head out - and it was Friday, so who knows how long I'd have continued to trade anyway.

Came back to this

My contribution to the day's oil market can be seen if you zoom in by about, oh...1000% (hint: top left corner :P)

Price.
Ichi.
MACD(s).
Colour Candle.
Price.

Pretty much that sequence of events keeps any late signals at bay. Well, that's what it seems to me anyway.

I think it is the addition of the cloud that simplifies things. I have also been flipping to a line chart as it gets near to ''pull-the-trigger-time'' and perhaps that takes any HA lag out of the equation.

Could be set for a bounce on the UK100.

I don't trade Sunday's and anyway, I'd be wanting a bit more of a drop before getting in - but worth keeping an eye on.
