To make the most of what I had in front of me, I went in heavy on the reverse move back up to the Z-Line.

It's a shame, as in every other way, it looks solid. All those lovely lines aligning under the stars...oh well...

Well said !! It´s really a shame. I am about giving up even looking at GU. Hurts my eyes staring at those ranges ... every bar is overlapping the last ones ...

I'm showing GU having over 100 ATR so that sounds like a decent daily range. GJ has over 120 ATR which is nice also. I remember the days when GJ was a real beast.

Price eventually carried on and closed over the Z-Line. I'll be watching for any sign of a bounce off that level now.

Can something be predictably unpredictable? That's how I see GU just now.

Took another +6.1 as price closed over and then returned to the Z-Line. I got in on the trip back up off the Z-Line to the 50-Level.

I'll wait now to see if I get a close over that line-in-the-sand and if it does and holds, maybe go in again.

Time may be against me this time, however, as I am not sitting up all night on the off-chance. So we've got one more episode of Fear The Walking Dead and then we shall see.

As of 00:40 UK time, price has tried once to get over that 50 - and failed. Dropped a good distance back again, so doesn't look like it'll be plain sailing.

As I said - we shall see.

This is interesting. I think, anyway.

Continuing a riff started over on Mr-D's thread with aliassmith commenting.

Another example of how these methods overlap and merge into one another.

Here, I have an entry on my Double Ichi set up, using HA candles and bringing in MO's ''Daily (sort-of) RAT''.

I am going to be getting into the Double-Cloud method as soon as I can but for now, bear with me and take it as you see it. The HA candles act as a smoothing agent as you'll know and from there, I added the MO thing.

(I am calling it the MO thing just for convenience - I have no idea who came up with it originally, whether it is like a Daily RAT, whether he borrowed it from elsewhere, or whatever. I am happy to amend this stuff if the proper lineage needs to be made clear and someone can point me n the right direction).

Anyway...

Have a look at this:

Russ 2K Daily HA Candles

Everything is aligned as per the Ichi method I have been running here, then on top of that, the entry is fine-tuned using the Daily-RAT.

This actually eliminates the ''normal'' pa + rejection candle formation that can, admittedly, still be a little subjective (when I am scalping this original format, I will use a confirmation of a break and retest of previous ''pointy place'' if I am unsure at all).

Just musings for now. I have never really used HA candles in any serious way previously but I reckon this is something that could be worthwhile looking at.

Got my eye on a Brent / US Crude Diff trade as well. Have to wait at least an hour or so though.
