Anyway. An hour or so of some decent tv (yet to be decided) while we wait for Hong Kong to fire up.

Well, if you can't jump onto the back of some tasty momo, what can you do?!
Dropped to the T-25 Chart and held on with my teeth!

I am definitely sure you know the behaviour of that Index inside out ... lets assume I don´t (Ha) ... what did you see to jump in ?
Here is what I see:
1. At this time I was in bed ... okay that doesn´t count because if I could trade that Index like you I would certainly be on fire.
2. 30 EMA is up
3. We have 3 HH´s in a row and 4 HL´s as well
4. I dont know the settings of the two Ichi´s but I am sure they mean something to you
5. The two MACD´s (?) are pointing in the right direction, the fast one at least going up
5. The SL could be the last low (one bar before your entry) or the former low ... so not that far away ... looks like 2:1 or 1:1
So was at least one of my assumptions correct ?

Re: Lem's Big Box O' Stuff.
Sorry, couldn't resist it. Channelled my inner TRO there
What you have to know - the one thing you didn't mention - is the huge drop on the re-open of the market.
Markets don't do gaps...they don't like gaps.
As such, my main pull to this, is that price is going to go long as it attempts to fill that gap.
From there, it's just a matter of waiting on a pullback and jumping on board the momentum back in the direction of the original move - in this case, long.
As for your check list. All your assumptions are correct. It was a reasonably aggressive entry but as I said, I had momo on my side.

Re: Lem's Big Box O' Stuff.
For the sl, I am not holding onto anything that drops back into the cloud.
Anything that pushes hard back over the ma would also usually have me reaching for the ''Danger, Will Robinson...Danger!'' button as well.

Re: Lem's Big Box O' Stuff.
Obviously the earlier short trades are riding the momo of the drop, the last one we have talked about, is on board for the return trip,
