Exclusive: Traders Group Acquired by Axios Capital

Finance Magnates has learnt that Axios Capital Limited, a private equity firm, has acquired Traders Group. In order to facilitate the deal, Ran Cohen, the co-founder and CEO of Traders Group, has sold his share in the firm.

Traders Group has its origins in another, similarly named company – Traders’ Education. Cohen founded the company in order to provide retail FX traders with a source of educational material. Since its founding in 2010, the firm has produced an array of educational books, videos and courses focused on the trading industry.
