Also loving all of PTG's chart porn and explanations! You guys are doing amazing work!

PTG that do you have a name for that Long Short MA / Trailing Stop indi that you have on your charts? Its very similar to an MA I use to establish trend changes, although yours is much more sophisticated than mine... #MANV

I had promised to post indicators a few days ago to someone in a particular thread - forgot where #-o  :smt093
So if you read this - indicators and templates attached.
Warning: provided as-is, no support from me. Download at your own risk etc. etc.
If you load many charts at the same time then MT4 will become unresponsive.

Jala - it's called Broken Line - included in the indicator folder attached.

Thanks PTG, it was me.

price reachs DL 1D, Im thinking only LONG at the moment.
1h candle is closing above 50% previous momo,
will be correct to wait to close 4h candle and enter in 15 min in the last high (sema) ?

Sorry if I do not explain myself well ... it's because of the language

Not sure if I understand I'm afraid. Can you draw on that screenshot what you said ?
Also, have a look at the market structure and tell me what that means for the trades you took.
And tell me what you were thinking and feeling at the time of those trades.

Hi PTG,
This is my last trade today.
I will try to explain why I made this trade:

1. the price reaches 4h zline

2.I drop to 5min, and see a 3 sema +(1) sema and the second (1)sema.
3. go long with rat entry.

I decided to enter because h1 was positive.
I think I've done wrong by going against 4h.
Would it have been more correct to enter a close above arrow 2?

Looks good. You could have got out with a close below the small yellow line, or the H1 D-line slightly below it.
If price moves quickly, H1 is fine; if it is slow then H4 is probably the better choice.
The problem with price moving quickly and waiting for H4 to line up is that the move may be over completely.

You're definitely looking in the right direction. You should log all your trades; there are specific trading spreadsheets both online and offline that you can use for that.

I tried to use 15m but I miss many trades ....
I just did another one in eurusd. It has gone well!
the entrance would have been much higher, but I had not seen the 4h D-Line.
