In your last video you even say that we should not trade from just anywhere, but should pick our spots, & that requires history (a chart).

If all that I have is the price at 4pm then it doesn't really matter whether it is a tick or a daily chart as far as the entry is concerned, but when it comes to exiting a position one needs to know what we can expect to see in a tick or a day because once you enter all that you are left with is the statistics and hope.

I don't know why you are disinclined to refer to a chart as price but not one person here is using time and sales data or white backgrounds and the current price.
