Yep - happens on The DAX. Can also be pre-pre-empted by The F40. I look for an S+D clue around the end of one of those candles and it gives me more often than not, an early entry on momentum.

I haven't done any in depth look at The Dead Zone but my gut tells me it will be there also.

thinking about it a little more, I'm sure this happens around the market opens very often. I think one could trade a breakout in the direction of the Frankfurt hour bar at the London open and make money more often than not. It would be interesting to find out is what time price reverses more often than not..... Late in the day? Possibly around the US session?

US session will more often than not reverse any move in UK session.

On UC, you will get a small dip (in a rising trend) or a bump (in a drop) before it continues on, not a full reversal.

ahh today had some upsets... I did not stick with my plan on a very good trade on Cable [-X
The plan was to short the break of the frankfurt hour and get out at 1.353. after the london hour closed green and tested within one pip of the area, I closed for a small loss, went long, and got stopped. should have been EZ-PZ

Other than that I did have some good trades today. A wonderful trade at the start of the frankfurt hour bar on EU I went short at 1.2010 took a small amount of heat until it dropped and then kept my stops wide. got out just above DS2 at 1.1984.

I waited for the BIG UC news (BOC) and got paid a hefty dollar. I took it as a price action trade on the M1; it seemed like price was going long the last couple minutes, so I hopped in, +20. After it retraced to 50% of the bar I decided it was time for it to go the other way for a bit and got a quick +9.

I like it.

What I'm seeing here is this...

I get the Daily ok.

However, the Weekly and Monthly give me pause (for a little while anyway).

For me, as there's room in there, I'll be happy to play on the short time-frames for now and wait till that move down comes (or doesn't).

The weekly was just a simple measured move from congestion area and then the monthly was price into resistance, momo down, break of a trend line. I just like to look at higher timeframes, just incase. Im know where near as good as a trader as u, so I have to hit those grand slams every now and then so I can remain profitable.
